I love this local label and not only because we share the same name. Each and every season May The Label launch easy to wear, contemporary pieces which fill those essential item gaps in your closet.

Above is a snap shot of my favourite pieces which are currently available to buy on their online store. A collection of easy mini dresses and cool separates. Get shopping ladies, while I had a chance to order some of these items, some of these pieces sold out in my size even before I had a chance to grab them… And the collection only launched this week!

love | steele love land spring 2014 collection

There’s no denying my love for smock styled dresses, so you can imagine my excitement when I previewed the new spring collection from steele melbourne which is just full of them. I am actually relieved. I feel like so many labels have favoured the playsuit over the past few seasons and I began to worry that I wouldn’t get my dress fix this spring.

As for my own personal favourites, the Adira Lace Dress in Black is so far the number one choice for my pending birthday dress decision, and I can’t wait to purchase something in the gorgeous black and magenta floral print. I’d also recommend the Longing Lace Skirt as an essential addition to any spring wardrobe.
