I always look forward to the release of a new collection from May The Label but this season I was especially excited after attending a special preview of the range late last year; In fact there are quite a few pieces which have been on my wish list for months.

A range of clean silhouettes and subtle textures that provide directional and effortless ensembles for the new season. I love the light chambray, pastel blue and pretty florals. My favourite pieces include the Chambray Ashley Tee Dress, Sasha Mini Dress in Licorice and Daria T-Shirt Spot Dress. I also love how they have layered their Standard Square White Tee over the Sash Blue Lace Dress.

Love | The Fifth Label Warehouse Collection

1-2 2-2 3-2 4 5-2 6-2 7-2 8-2Steel blues, pops of neon and placement prints are all going to catch your eye when exploring The Fifth Label’s Warehouse Collection. Of course everything I personally love is black! The rest of the collection utilises a marine palette in relaxed fits and cropped sets for a sporty and fresh finish. These elements, paired with bleached denim, add universal appeal and versatility. And as for my favourites, they are The Sleepwalker T-Shirt, Don’t Panic Playsuit, Don’t Panic Dress and Satisfaction Top.

One of the biggest challenges of tran-seasonal dressing is being ready to take on all four seasons in just one day. Thats where Ryder The Label comes in. With its laid-back comfort, luxurious knits, native floral prints, as well as lace and leather details the label provides customers with a wardrobe ready to deal with a sudden change in the weather at any given moment.

New To My Closet | Glamorous Reception Dress from Glue Store

Another update to my work wardrobe. As mentioned before I’m doing my best to update my work wardrobe quite quickly, but at this rate it seems I’m only adding one or two pieces every two weeks or so. I am also doing my best to holdout for those new season arrivals.

I purchased the Glamorous Reception Dress from Glue Store earlier this week I absolutely love it. It’s just one of those easy to throw on, perfectly polished, not too much fuss kind of dresses. You can purchase it for yourself here.

Love Want Need | Are You Am I By Rumi Neely

When Rumi Neely launched her fashion blog, Fashion Toast, back in 2008, it was to accompany her eBay-based vintage clothing store, Treasure Chest Vintage. In other words, selling clothes is second nature to Rumi. However her latest venture, a fashion label called Are You Am I, is a whole new ball game.

Based on Rumi’s own minimalist, California-chic style the collection comprises elevated basics, bold leather statement pieces and silk, lingerie-inspired styles. All created in classic hues such as black, pearly off-white, champagne and peach. Are You Am I has been making appearances on Neely’s Instagram feed for a while now, so if you love and want to achieve her look, you finally have your chance.
