Just when you thought summer couldn’t get any better, Keepsake The Label have released their first collection for 2016. Titled Partition, the super feminine range consists of beautifully constructed pieces. Each with a relaxed, easy to wear aesthetic. Simplicity reigns and each item is executed with just the right shape, form and detail; including delicate pleats, laser cut tassel trims, flared hems and unique floral prints. Key styles include mix and match sets and fit and flare tops, dresses and skirts. Free, easy and somewhat angelic, they’re the kind wardrobe staples that will stay fresh all summer long.

My favourite pieces from the collection include; The Vertigo Mini Dress in Dark Navy . Vertigo Top in Black . Vertigo Dress in Shadow Floral Navy . Sun Up Dress in Black . Sun Up Mini Dress in Black and Breathless Maxi Dress in Black (which is not yet available to buy). There is no denying that this new collection from Keepsake is my personal favourite to date. My actual wish list is also much longer than what I have just shared with you, but some of the other pieces are not yet available to purchase online. Introducing the gorgeous new collection from Australian label, Elka Collective. Inspired by their desire to create timeless pieces and an effortless vibe, the summer range stays true to their signature aesthetic. Combining classic tailoring with relaxed easy to wear styles. These include slip dresses, tank dresses, camisoles, a-line skirts and high-waisted shorts. Each created in luxurious natural fabrics; like silk, tencel and linen.

The collections silhouettes are over-sized and relaxed. Every day pieces which can be thrown on without too much fuss and comfortably worn to work, on the weekends or even an evening out. The result is a loose, light and layered collection perfectly suited to the Australian summer.

What To Wear On Christmas Day

No matter how you spend the day, your Christmas outfit should be easy, chic and of course comfortable. If you’re dining outdoors, a flowy dress, playsuit or separates in a beautiful floral print are ideal. Teamed with an chic chain wallet or handbag, classic sunglasses and a simple pair of flats.

If your Christmas lunch is a more formal occasion, try a midi or maxi dress. Matching separates (black tunic and tailored cropped pants or pastel blue top and skirt above) are also a perfect combination. Pair with the finest of gold jewellery, perfectly undone hair gently braided or loosely knotted at the nape of the neck and simple tan heels for a stunningly natural summer mood.
